Alexandra brings over 17 years of experience as an Air Force medic into her chiropractic training. After serving military members and their families, she felt called to pursue a more natural, proactive approach to healing, one that empowers the body rather than suppresses symptoms. As a mother of two energetic boys, competitive Hyrox and CrossFit athlete and passionate wellness advocate, Alexandra believes the body was designed to heal when given the right support. Her approach combines: • Functional movement • Nervous system optimization • Strength-based rehabilitation • Faith-centered service Alexandra lives by the principle: “Give love. Do serve.” Driven by her Christian faith, she was born with a heart to serve through the military and now in her local community. Her mission is simple: To restore hope, build resilient bodies, reduce stress through mindful practices, and empower patients with education that optimizes nutrition and help them activate the innate healing God designed their bodies to have. When she’s not in clinic, you’ll find her training for a Hyrox competition, CrossFit open event, perfecting her sourdough recipes, or adventuring outdoors with her family.
