Energize Health

Energize Health has been Josh’s dream for the past 20 years. Passionate about helping people with their physical health, he had always wanted a cutting edge, multi-disciplinary clinic that put the patients and their results first. After gaining over 10 years experience in massage therapy, rehabilitation and healthcare, Josh, along with his wife Lisa, decided it was time to open Energize Health. During his career, Josh has worked as the trainer for various college and university level sports teams, a therapist for CFL, NHL and Olympic athletes, and has worked extensively with patients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. Josh is certified in kinesiology taping, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, Graston Technique and vacutherapy (cupping), and most recently, custom foot orthotics. Along with his busy clinical practice, Josh has served as the chair of the board for the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and is passionate about furthering the massage therapy profession. He previously served as the instructor of Orthopedic Assessment for the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy – Calgary, from 2008-2011.
