Hey! My name is Jasmine and I take great pride in personalizing each session to your individual needs and preferences. My goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after every session. I am a graduate from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and an insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I specialize in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. I am certified and trained in Cupping, Hot Stones and Manual Lymph Drainage. I am passionate about my profession and I look forward to working with you. Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is perfect for people who suffer from frequent migraines, fibromyalgia, edema and anyone who wants to take care of their lymphatic system. MLD is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
