Having had the privilege of studying at both Sutherland Chan and RCCMT, I incorporate the best of both schools into my approach to massage therapy. In addition to earning two Bachelor of Arts Honours Degrees from Brock University and an Masters from the University of Guelph, my journey into massage therapy began as a patient. As a former athlete engaged in rugby, judo, Muay Thai, running, and weightlifting, as well as my career as a professional painter, I experienced injuries that necessitated preserving my body’s capacity for physical labor. I attribute my continued ability to use my body effectively to results and assessment-based massage. After years of enduring physical strain, I am thrilled to share the invaluable gift of non-invasive maintenance and recovery with others.
