Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about health and wellness. She completed her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 2013 and continued her studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, graduating with honours in 2015. She provides therapeutic massage treatments to assist in the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries as well as relaxation massages to promote stress reduction. Jessica also has additional training in pregnancy massage and breast and anterior chest massage. Anterior chest massage can be helpful to reduce breast pain associated with pregnancy, menstruation or post-surgery. Jessica also works at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as a Senior Instructor and enjoys educating future RMTs. In her spare time, you’ll find her running, walking her dog on the seawall and spending time with her family.
