I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist in Castlegar for the past seven years, and I feel grateful and honoured to support clients throughout their healing journeys. I offer personalized treatments using a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and passive stretching. My goal as an RMT is to promote healing and overall well-being by listening closely to each client’s unique needs and creating a collaborative treatment experience where clients feel actively involved in their care. Outside the clinic, I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness, hiking, cooking, fly fishing, spending time in nature, and reading.
