My journey into massage therapy began with a thoughtful Mother's Day gift from my two daughters: a rejuvenating massage that sparked a profound shift in my life. After spending over a decade as a real estate agent, I found myself searching for a healthier, more holistic lifestyle. Inspired by this transformative experience, I decided to pursue a new path and further my education in massage therapy. I became a Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Arizona, graduating from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Massage Therapy and earning my license in 2017. As a certified LMT, I am deeply committed to building meaningful connections with my clients and supporting their journey toward better health and well-being. I believe in the power of touch and the importance of holistic care, and it is my mission to help individuals achieve lasting healing and wellness. Facilitating someone's healing journey is not just my profession - it's a personal passion and core belief that guides my work everyday.
60-Minute Integrated Massage. Customized massage may incorporate a variety of modalities or techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, stretching, and/or range of motion to arrive at a treatment that is totally individualized to each client and reflects the uniqueness of each therapist.These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.
