Sofia Barbaro was raised in a holistic family and was surrounded with Massage Therapy, Chiropractic/Applied Kinesiology, and Clinical Nutrition. These experiences in her youth had a positive impact on her and lead her to pursue her passion for learning about the intricacies of the human body. She is a graduate from the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork in Jacksonville, Florida. She is now a Licensed Massage Therapist and is certified in Neuromuscular Structural and Clinical Bodywork. The techniques Sofia uses allows her to find the underlying cause of pain so to create balance to the body. Sofia is also a certified MAF coach, which is a method that is focused on exercise, nutrition, and stress; the three forces that are the most influential in achieving optimal health and fitness. She lives in St. Augustine Florida, where she enjoys her mornings with a cup of hot coffee while watching the sunrise and walking barefoot on the beach.
