IMPORTANT NOTES: I will be on MATERNITY LEAVE as of July 1, 2026. No longer accepting new clients for 2026/2027. Current clients, please text or email only. Thank-you! My passion for mental health and physical well-being have laid the foundation for my work as a registered massage therapist. With a dual educational background in sociology and massage therapy I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic practice, understanding how any number of social factors can affect our individual wellness. Our mental states can manifest themselves as pain, tension, dysfunction, and illness if we do not give ourselves proper self care. I feel honoured to be in a position to help people manage their health and wellness by allowing them the time and space to relax and decompress. The nature of every massage treatment is dependent upon my client’s specific goals, which can be both for immediate relief of pain, tension, dysfunction and so on, or for the long-term care and prevention of these issues. I utilize my vast knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and remedial exercise to tailor each treatment to the individual in order to create greater relaxation and optimal results.
** For current clientele only— I am not accepting new clients for 2026. Thank-you for your understanding!** This relaxing treatment will focus on the muscles and soft tissues of the neck and shoulders with attention on the jawline, face and scalp if you wish. I can also incorporate chest and arms, depending on preference.
