Nadine completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Nadine is an expert at creating comprehensive treatment plans to improve performance and optimize recovery. Nadine uses a combination of education, manual therapy techniques, and custom exercise programs to restore function, manage pain, improve biomechanics, and avoid re-injury. She has a passion in orthopedics, neurological injuries and pediatrics. Nadine has a background of working in pediatric physiotherapy including a 6-week internship at SickKids Hospital in Toronto in the Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CCCU) and Cardiac Unit, where she worked with children of all ages with various conditions and developmental delays. She developed her skills in pediatric exercise prescription and therapeutic play. Nadine is a strong believer that the human body is resilient and capable of accomplishing more than we think. She believes that everyone should have a better understanding of their body, and uses education to empower her clients in every session. She is a lifelong learner, and intends to continue to learn and grow to ultimately provide her patients with the best care. Nadine is dedicated to helping you get back to doing what you love and achieving your goals! Nadine has successfully completed multiple courses including the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1 & Level 2 Upper, Mulligan Concept Mobilization with Movement Upper Quadrant and SHIFT Concussion Management Level 1 and has participated in the Project ECHO Ontario Pediatric & Adult Concussion. In her spare time, you will find Nadine weight lifting, hiking, swimming, and traveling the world. Nadine a obtenu sa Maîtrise en sciences en Physiothérapie à l’Université de Toronto, ainsi que son Baccalauréat en sciences de la santé à l’Université d’Ottawa. Elle est une experte dans l’élaboration de plans de traitement complets visant à améliorer les performances et à optimiser la récupération. Nadine utilise une combinaison d’éducation, de techniques de thérapie manuelle et de programmes d’exercices personnalisés pour rétablir la fonction, gérer la douleur, améliorer la biomécanique et éviter les rechutes. Elle voue une passion pour l’orthopédie, les blessures neurologiques et la pédiatrie. Nadine croit fermement que le corps humain est résilient et capable de réaliser davantage que ce que nous pensons. Elle est convaincue que tout le monde devrait mieux comprendre son corps, et elle utilise l’éducation pour responsabiliser ses clients lors de chaque séance. Nadine est une apprenante infatigable et a l’intention de continuer à apprendre et à grandir pour offrir à ses patients les meilleurs soins possibles. Elle est dévouée à vous aider à retrouver vos activités préférées et à atteindre vos objectifs !
