Trevor McArthur, Chiropractor I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017 and have been helping patients find solutions to their musculoskeletal pain ever since. Before my graduation, I had the opportunity to do a doctoral clerkship in the pain management unit of the Central Iowa Veterans Affairs Hospital. Over the years, I have taken numerous continuing education courses to further expand my knowledge and am one of the few chiropractors certified in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Therapy. My clinical approach involves a comprehensive history and assessment to provide patients with a thorough understanding of their condition and available treatment options. Ensuring that my patients feel heard, and not rushed during their visits is of utmost importance to me. Depending on each patient’s individual needs, I utilize various treatments such as joint mobilization and manipulation (adjustments), exercise therapy and rehabilitation, soft-tissue treatments, and patient education. I have experience treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, but I have a particular interest in helping those with low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, disc herniations/bulges, spinal stenosis, and sports injuries. Outside of the clinic, you might find me running on the rail trail training for my next marathon, hiking in Kal Park, biking on one of our beautiful trails, or enjoying any of the other outdoor activities that Vernon has to offer.
