I’m Dr. Myles O’Donnell, DC (they/them). My work sits at the intersection of bodywork, trauma healing, and embodiment. My approach is gentle, precise, and deeply relational. I came to this work through my own body. I first received chiropractic care at three years old during chemotherapy for a brain tumor. Decades of intense medical experiences and gender dysphoria left me deeply disconnected from my body. Through years of somatic training and trauma work, I found my way back. Bio-Geometric Integration became one of the most transformative tools in that process and eventually the foundation of how I practice. I work with the nervous system, the fascial and visceral systems, and the places where emotion, stress, injury, and life experience get woven into the body’s structure. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to yourself. When I’m not in the office, you can find me dancing, hiking, gardening, and sharing tea.
A longer session with Dr. Myles. A good fit if you want more time to slow down, more room for conversation, or are coming in for ScarWork or BoneWork, which require a slower pace.
