I draw on a variety of techniques from deep tissue and orthopedic cupping to gentle swedish in order to meet the client where they're at on any given day. I bring 18 years in bodywork, 10 years experience as a professional dancer, and an ever growing curiosity in learning about the body and how it heals, into a collaborative working relationship with each client.
