Kyléo started their body work training in San Luis Obispo, CA at California Holistic Institute and graduated at San Francisco School of Massage and BodyWork. Kyléo believes that bodywork is more than just relaxation or pain relief but a much needed conversation with the body. Their passion is supporting others in getting back in touch with their bodies in a way that leaves one feeling more awareness, ease, and empowerment from within. Kyléo’s approach to touch is delivered through deep listening and active assessments through the session. They weave in elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Sports Medicine, PNF, assisted stretching, lymphatic drainage and breath work. The most important things to Kyléo is that as their client, you feel cozy, heard, informed and that their work feels effective and intentional from the beginning to the end. Holding a safe space for all sides of the spectrum. Their practice is trauma informed, neurodivergent and gender affirming. Cultivating a fluid touch that meets the needs of athletes, artists, mothers, SA survivors, weekend warriors, fellow healers ect.. Outside of healing arts, Kyléo embraces creating music, dancing, yoga, studying astrology and the cycles of the moon.
