Tamara enjoys working with a variety of patients and strives to build a connection with clients that allows a collaborative approach to their care. She completed her Masters of Physical Therapy program at UBC and spent many years as a fitness instructor before entering the world of physiotherapy; you will likely still catch her performing the occasional hamstring-repeater or grapevine as she moves around the clinic. Always a keen learner, she has pursued many post-graduate education topics, including AN-IMS (dry needling), vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo/dizziness/balance), pilates, scoliosis, manual therapy, and specialized exercise prescription.
