I have 6 years of experience as a personal trainer, 8 years as a yoga instructor, and over 3 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, with a strong focus on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and relaxation-based care. My osteopathic thesis focuses on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and my clinical interests include postural dysfunction, chronic pain, and neurovascular musculoskeletal conditions.
