DANIEL HILBORN Osteopathic Manual Practitioner Certified Athletic Therapist Dan grew up in Markham playing a wide variety of competitive sports including baseball, golf, hockey, and volleyball. Through playing these sports and suffering multiple injuries he learned to appreciate the importance of finding a good therapist who could keep him mobile, strong, and pain free. Because of this, he developed his practice around finding ways to keep his patients mobile, free of pain, active, and doing the sports and everyday activities they want to be doing. Outside of work her can often be found golfing, playing recreational baseball and hockey or spending time with his wife and son. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2010 from Western University. Following his undergraduate degree Daniel completed his Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) degree from Sheridan College. Following this, he pursued his interest in Osteopathy completing his Diploma as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Daniel’s treatment philosophy revolves around treating the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction to help clients achieve a better mobility, flexibility, ROM, and strength, and improving sport and athletic performance & decreasing pain. Daniel has spent his career working with a wide range of patients from general population & weekend warriors to elite athletes in a variety of sports including Team Canada Baseball, four Canadian university athletic programs, and a long list of competitive golfers. Daniel also specializes in visceral manipulation and treating the cranial sacral system.
