I graduated from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado as well as an active member of ABMP. I returned to MTIC for the Year II program which focuses on advanced myofascial techniques, acupressure energetics and 10 session postural balancing techniques. I earned my BS in Biology/ Holistic Health from MSCD I regularly attend continuing education seminars to keep my techniques up to date and enjoy learning how to improve client experience as well as lasting bodywork. I am a Certified Peak Pilates comprehensive Level 1 instructor. I completed the Function Pilates teacher training program mat and reformer to further my Pilates teaching in January 2024.
