Jennifer earned her diploma in Massage Therapy in 2002 and has experience in treating sports related injuries, headaches, lower back pain, postural imbalances, and musculoskeletal injuries such as tendonitis and muscle strains. In addition, Jennifer offers perinatal and relaxation massage. Jennifer has also completed advanced training in the assessment, treatment and management of TMJ Dysfunction. Her treatments include a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue massage, stretching and joint mobilizations to help reduce tension or pain and help restore mobility.
