3391 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON, M8X 1G3
Sarah graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree in Honours Biology from York University. Her love of science and sports was present throughout her entire life, and it was during her time at York that she realized that physiotherapy was the perfect fit to combine both her passions. Her approach to care is client-focused, empathetic, and rooted in creating a supportive and kind environment. She understands that injuries can affect more than just the physical body, and aims to make every client feel heard, comfortable, and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. Sarah values staying informed on current research to help her clients achieve their goals, using individualized treatment planning tailored to each person’s goals. She emphasizes education so that clients feel informed and empowered in their recovery. Sarah has a strong interest in sports medicine and believes movement and exercise play a key role in both healing and preventing injury. She is always looking to expand her skill set as she is currently certified in Level 1 Pelvic Health and McMaster’s Neurofunctional Acupuncture. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys playing in sports leagues such as soccer and ultimate frisbee. She also recently began running through run clubs, and loves spending time with her family and friends.
