Meet Sheridan Sheridan is a Physiotherapist and Claims Resource Lead at Nova Physiotherapy. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with Distinction from the University of Alberta and her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Sheridan grew up in Langham, SK and enjoys being able to support a community close to home. Sheridan uses a client-centered approach to help you understand and manage your injury, pain, and condition. She will teach you self-management strategies and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan focused on achieving your goals. Sheridan uses a variety of tools throughout treatment including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and education. She is able to assess and treat all areas of the body. Sheridan is a certified pelvic health physiotherapist. She also has a special interest in working with individuals impacted by sport-related injuries and concussions. In her spare time, Sheridan enjoys participating in various sports and activities, going fishing, playing cards, and hanging out with her dog Koda. Sheridan spent 5 years playing college basketball during her undergraduate degree and continues to coach basketball in the community.
