Graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in 2015 Worked at Massage Envy 34-40 hours/week for 5+ years. -Therapist of the year 2018 -Most requested Therapist 2018-2021 Scoliosis runs in my family. My younger brother had to have surgery for it in middle school. Mine isn't as bad but it still gives me grief from time to time. I find a combination of Chiropractic, Massage, Stretching, Staying Mobile, and Maintaining Awareness of Posture and Body Mechanics helps me manage my pain tremendously. Experiencing chronic pain in the Neck, Headaches, Shoulders, All along the Spine, Hips, and Knees has 100% made me a better Massage Therapist. I believe the body Wants to, and Can Heal itself. My goal is to give your healing a jumpstart! Every body is different and responds differently to the Massage techniques I use. I continually practice to improve the techniques I know, and am always excited to learn or discover new ones. I try to find the perfect fit for each client. No massage I give is ever the same as one before. While I will happily work on your pain areas, I will also try to find the root cause, which is frequently somewhere you don't feel pain, until I push on it! I would definitely call myself a "Deep" Therapist, however, every persons body is different. Some bodies require a lot of Pressure or Force on my end, in order to go deep, while others do not. I find the specific angles and placements of the pressure are much more important. The Deeper I go the Slower I go. If your muscles are tensing up, it is defeating the purpose and forcing me out. Deep Tissue massage should be intense, not painful. There is a line between Good pain and Bad pain. If I drift over onto the rumble strip I can usually tell on my own, but I would also hope that you would let me know! I am always open to any comments, suggestions, or questions you may have! In my off time I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, wood-working, building/fixing things, landscaping, jet-skiing, and trading stocks and crypto-currencies. My wife and I bought our first house in October 2020. Built in 1927! As you can imagine, I have been busy! We love it! I look forward to Working with You! I am very familiar with pain, and how wonderful it is to be free of it, even for just a few days. So lets team up and tackle it together!

Your therapist will work with you and your specific needs to get your body feeling it's best. This can include the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release Technique, Cupping, and Gua Sha. Please keep in mind when scheduling to make sure you hydrate before and after your massage session. Cupping and Gua Sha can leave temporary marks on your skin for up to 9 days, these are not bruises. Deep Tissue and Trigger point can leave you feeling sore for a few days post-massage.
