Hybrid Massage & Energy Work

This session begins with therapeutic massage to ease the body into deep relaxation and presence. From this grounded, meditative state, Access Bars or Access Body Processes are then performed, allowing the mind to close all it's open tabs. (Many people fall asleep!)
