I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years. I am currently the lead therapist for our team of LMTs working with The University of Kentuckys Volleyball team and Mens Basketball team! Go CATS!! I also own Bluegrass Bodyworks, a small massage business here in Morehead. We have 4 massage therapists and an acupuncturist! We offer several modalities including orthopedic and sports massage, Swedish, Hot-stone, Prenatal, Stretching, Myofascial release, craniosacral, and trigger point therapy techniques. I began my massage therapy career working for a fantastic Physical Therapist in Arlington, Tx. I have been passionate about anatomy and physiology for as long as I can remember and truly enjoy working with clients to address the issues they deal with daily. I have been married for nearly a decade and have 3 beautiful girls. Twin girls and a teenager! We currently live in Morehead, Ky with our dogs Jupiter and Freddie and our gaggle of cats outside. I have completed a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources. My goal is to be a managing partner in a wellness group that includes massage, of course, as well as chiropractic care, personal training, counseling, nutrition specialists and holistic medical specialists. I firmly believe in treating the entire human, not just symptoms. I am excited to be part of your self care team as well! Mobility is Medicine!
