Early in my career, I learned that more than 60% of adults experience some form of low back pain a statistic that continues to inspire my commitment to helping clients find lasting relief. I specialize in addressing neck and back discomfort caused by muscular imbalances , often the result of injury, postural strain, or extended periods of sitting. My work focuses on releasing tension , restoring balance , and supporting the bodys natural alignment and mobility .
