Abbie started her RMT journey in Toronto, attending Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Using slow, firm, grounding pressure, her practice focuses on mindfulness, relaxation and guiding clients to feel grounded and centred. She has a deep care for clients to feel safe and comfortable to come as they are for some much needed time rest and recovery. Abbie also holds a certification in Vodder Level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). MLD massage helps to optimize lymph flow throughout the body. If you’re goals are in line with reducing pain and inflammation, Abbie is happy to incorporate MLD in areas of the body where needed during massage treatments and guide through the process. She loved her community in Ontario, but has been enjoying connecting with new folks, as well as connecting with the abundant forests here in Victoria. She looks forward to sharing space with you to regulate your nervous system and help you through your tension to get you back into whatever activities bring you joy.
