Charlotte completed her Master of Physical Therapy through the University of British Columbia’s Northern Cohort and holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan. Having spent most of her life in the Boundary, she’s excited to be back in the area and working in the local community. Charlotte enjoys helping people move better and get back to the activities they love. She’s excited to be joining the team as a Physiotherapist after previously working at our South Okanagan clinics as a Kinesiologist, where she gained valuable experience supporting clients through their rehab journey. She takes an exercise-based approach to physiotherapy, combining individualized strengthening, movement education, and hands-on treatment to help clients feel confident and supported throughout their recovery. Outside of the clinic, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with a good book, and being outdoors especially hiking, running, and paddleboarding.
