With an athletic background and years of hands-on experience, I bring a deep understanding of how the body moves—and how it heals. Growing up on a dairy farm taught me the value of hard work and the reality of pushing through physical challenges. I combine this perspective with my training as a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner to support people dealing with both acute and chronic injuries. My practice focuses on getting to the root of complex issues, restoring functional movement, and helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
