My enate goal is to have an environment where one's body, mind, and soul can connect as one, creating an overall relaxing event. Allowing one to become aware of how and what your body needs to for a true well being. My desire to serve others is one of my highest qualities. This allows me to be available when needed for client care. I have experience in using All Pressure Types, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Cancer related, Stretch, Trigger Point, and am willing to learn what is needed to be a functional therapist.
This focused session brings relief, eases tension, and restores comfort to hands and/or feet that work hard every day. Slow, attentive techniques encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and melt away built-up stress. Special care is taken to soothe tight muscles, ease stiffness, and relax the hardest part of your hands, leaving them lighter and refreshed. Ideal for those on their feet or using their hands all day. All appointments include a 5-minute period for undressing and dressing.
