Sean originates from Rhode Island and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of New England. He quickly fell for Maine’s natural beauty and the kindness of its residents. He specializes in orthopedics, with extensive advanced education in dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise science. Sean’s treatments go beyond the typical stretches and exercises to take a full body holistic approach. Sean prides himself as a patient educator, ensuring that the folks he treats deeply understand their condition and his individualized treatment approach. His treatments borrow from his extensive education, as well as an eclectic fitness journey including Yoga, Crossfit, and martial arts. In his own time, Sean enjoys time spent outdoors, in his garden, at the beach, or in the woods, with his wife Jenn and dog Mara. He keeps his body active with strength training, hockey, and cross-country skiing, and his mind and spirit active with music, film, and food
