I believe that creating an exceptional life requires a foundation of gentle care from which life can flow. My trauma informed, and gentle (but firm) approach to relieving tension and pain patterns allows for the investigation of hard to resolve or chronic conditions in a way that respects your body’s limits. My treatments blend the relaxing Swedish massage style we have all come to love with release techniques for difficult or persistent sore spots. In my practice, I work with patients to get curious about ongoing or stubborn discomfort so we can create meaningful change through realistic home care plans. I am a busy mom to two awesome kids a dog, a hamster, three swishy fish, and a cat that thinks she’s a dog. I love nature and spent much of my early career filming wildlife in remote areas of Canada. I love horseback riding, yoga, and spending time on the water in my kayak. I am always happy to welcome new patients in to my practice.
