Ive been practicing massage therapy, since I graduated in 2003 from Atlanta School of Massage. Ive become a certified pregnancy massage therapist and infant massage instructor as well as a birth doula from DONA International. I taught Birthing From Within childbirth education classes and studied midwifery at The Farm Midwifery Center. I love being apart of the heroic journey women take during this time in their life!For a lot of women, it is the first time they come face to face with trusting their bodies and themselves to carry a child, give birth, and learn how to be mothers. As a mother of two children, I have walked my own path and I feel so honored to go with other women and their families on their own personal journey. Through education, encouragement, and loving kindness, my hope is to help women believe in their amazing powerful bodies.

Therapeutic Massage is a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Therapy as well as Cross Fiber and Neuromuscular. By taking the time to nurture yourself with a massage, you may experience deep relaxation and feel a sense of rejuvenation in your body. Massage Session is 2 Hours, but plan to be with me for 2.5 Hours.
