In my 15 years of hands-on practice, working with thousands of clients, I find it nearly impossible to list what I do in terms of services. I never want clients to feel they must choose a modality that will work for them. Do I need Deep Tissue, Medical, Sports, or Swedish? Do I book this? Do I book that? So let's start reducing stress levels before you even arrive by leaving that up to me. At the foundation of my hands-on work is a time-tested, client-approved strategy designed to bring balance to both mind and body. I offer highly effective treatment to reduce stress, maintain optimal muscular health, rehabilitate athletic injuries/discomfort, or aid in sport/activity-related muscular recovery. Each session is individually curated to your specific needs at the time of your service, as I draw from my ever-growing knowledge of touch techniques: Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Marma Point Massage, Shiatsu, Massage Cupping, Sound vibration therapy, and Meditation.
