Lindsey grew up in the Edmonton area and obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with distinction and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Lindsey absolutely loves her job and believes that passion shines through. She has a wide variety of experiences and courses to help get you moving your best. Lindsey is certified in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and acupuncture (CAFCI) as well as additional postgraduate orthopedic courses through the National Orthopedic Division, Mulligan, and ConnectTherapy courses. After having her second child, Lindsey became interested in Women’s Health and has taken additional training to help clients with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, pain, prolapse and pre/post partum. She also has an interest and experience working with neurological conditions, such as Post-Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson Disease. Her certifications in this area include LSVT movement training for Parkinson’s disease and courses in the Advanced Management of Post-Concussion Syndrome through Return to Play (R2P). Lindsey was a former national team member competing in three different World University Games for both pole vault and high jump. She was the 2014 National Champion in pole vault. She continues to maintain an active lifestyle via hiking, running, rock climbing and chasing after her two young children. Lindsey recently moved to Calgary and is excited to be a part of the Lakeview Physiotherapy team!

This women's pelvic health assessment is to evaluate and create an individual treatment plan for urinary and bowel issues, pelvic pain, prenatal or post natal concerns, peri-menopause symptoms or anything relating to the function of a women's pelvis! Often an internal exam is a component of the assessment.
