Hello! My name is Heather. I love to be constantly learning and working hard. I always say I'm too busy for hobbies but I really like hiking! I have been providing the best Thai Yoga Therapy in Utah Valley for the last 7 years. I love it so much! I love the change I see in people because of it. It really is just about anything and everything you need to heal. 3+ years ago I went to school to be a LMT. I love that I have added that knowledge to my tool box of skills to help others to feel better Thai Yoga Therapy/massage is still my favorite modality and I feel like the results last longer than a typical massage. I also offer intuitive, result driven Swedish Massage, Cupping, Trigger point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Lymph, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Spa treatments to name a few. Lets get you feeling better!
End of life care. These sessions are at the clients location. These massages are more for comfort care versus restoration care. These sessions can look different each time. Sometimes they can handle a longer session. Sometimes it is a shorter sessions with just hands and feet or switching to a gentle touch or more gentle touch with a lymph massage.
