Hello! My name is Heather. I love to be constantly learning and working hard. I always say I'm too busy for hobbies but I really like hiking! I have been providing the best Thai Yoga Therapy in Utah Valley for the last 7 years. I love it so much! I love the change I see in people because of it. It really is just about anything and everything you need to heal. 3+ years ago I went to school to be a LMT. I love that I have added that knowledge to my tool box of skills to help others to feel better Thai Yoga Therapy/massage is still my favorite modality and I feel like the results last longer than a typical massage. I also offer intuitive, result driven Swedish Massage, Cupping, Trigger point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Lymph, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Spa treatments to name a few. Lets get you feeling better!
Intuitive massage can be a focus area or a full body treatment. This type of massage relies on various techniques to relax the muscles, release tension and improve blood flow. The session can include multiple modalities if I have them at this location. The client is usually disrobed for this type of session.
