Steven is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients relieve pain, recover from injury, reduce stress, and feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies. He works with people dealing with neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, postural strain, repetitive strain injuries, sports-related concerns, stress, and the nervous-system tension that can build up from daily life. Whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, injury recovery, or a much-needed reset, Steven brings a thoughtful, skilled, and highly individualized approach to each treatment. Drawing from therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, sports massage, and focused relaxation work, Steven adapts each session to the client’s body, goals, and comfort level. His treatments are both specific and grounding, addressing areas of pain and restriction while supporting the body as a whole. Steven graduated with honours from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2012 and brings a strong clinical foundation to his work. He has practised in a variety of settings, including hospital-based care at Sunnybrook Hospital and Toronto General Hospital, and his background in Health Science supports a clear understanding of anatomy, injury recovery, and the body’s natural healing processes. Known for his calm presence, attentive care, and effective hands-on work, Steven creates treatments that are therapeutic, restorative, and grounded in each client’s individual needs.
