Bob Pond is a Certified Athletic Therapist & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He holds a Master of Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia and is passionate about helping people recover from injury, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy. Bob provides individualized care for active adults, youth athletes, and everyday individuals dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, post operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and return to sport. His treatment approach combines hands on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, movement assessment, education, and strength and conditioning to address the root cause of injury and support long term results. In addition to his clinical practice, Bob is the Head Athletic Therapist for the Penticton Vees and serves as the Lead Athletic Therapist and Strength Coach with BC Hockey. His experience in high performance sport enhances his evidence informed approach, but he believes every client deserves the same high standard of care regardless of their activity level or goals. Athletic Therapy Initial Assessment

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of your pain, injury, or movement limitation. We will review your medical and injury history, assess your movement, strength, mobility, and function, and discuss your goals. Treatment may begin during this visit and can include hands on therapy, exercise prescription, education, and a personalized rehabilitation plan.
