Alison holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in London, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. With a special interest in movement-based rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates, Alison takes a whole-body approach to help clients recover from injury, build strength, and move with confidence in their daily lives. She is a certified APPI Clinical Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates-based movement into her treatments—from post-operative rehab to injury prevention and long-term wellness. Alison’s clinical experience spans both public and private healthcare systems in the UK and Canada. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, movement re-education, and individualized exercise programs tailored to each client’s goals. She also has advanced training in pelvic health (Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 & 2), supporting clients with issues such as bladder leakage, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related changes, and postpartum recovery. Alison is passionate about empowering people in this often-overlooked area of care. Outside of the clinic, Alison enjoys going for runs, catching up with friends over tea, and planning her next adventure.
