Ada Kate is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a keen interest in supporting human beings through all stages of life. Ada’s love for wellness begun with a life long yoga practice and a deep respect for the potential of the body. From her own experience having a back injury she understood osteopathy as such a useful and effective tool for healing that she decided to spend 4 years studying it. She has a particular interest in injury prevention, and providing effective but gentle care for those experiencing pain. She continues to study anatomy, physiology and body mechanics in order to provide highly personalized care for each person she works with. Ada Kate is originally from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean and hopes she brings some of that warmth into her treatments.
