Since obtaining a Physiotherapy degree in 2018 at the University of British Columbia, Brendan has been on a mission to help his valued clients feel less pain, more gain and a personalized plan to maintain using a variety of creative and comprehensive treatment protocols. Brendan has assisted an extensive number of clients from all walks of life, but has a particular passion for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic surgeries. Whether you are a 20 year old suffering from low back pain from doing one too many reps at the gym, or are relearning how to put your socks on after a recent hip replacement surgery, Brendan will dedicate himself 100% to lead you to achieve 110% of your potential. He has always believed that “The best therapy focuses on the solution, not the problem.” With this philosophy, Brendan implements a treatment plan that consists of a thorough assessment, a hands-on treatment consisting of soft tissue and joint mobilization, dry needling to release myofascial trigger points, ultrasound/electrical stimulation/heat therapy to decrease pain, and a personalized exercise program to empower his clients to take action, and continue down a path to health, high function and happiness. When not in the clinic, Brendan enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, studying Anatomy in Mandarin, and facilitating his vigorous 4 year old son in climbing, lifting and jumping off of various pieces of living room furniture.
