Dr. Sophia completed her studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Her chiropractic internship in Minnesota focused on Pediatric Chiropractic Care and pre/post natal care for moms. She has experience working with kids, adults, and older populations. As Sophia has a sibling with Autism, she has a special interest in treating adults and children with additional needs, which inspired her to complete her undergrad with a Major in Psychology at the University of Manitoba. She has a passion for providing whole-person centered care, using a wide variety of chiropractic techniques including chiropractic manipulative therapy, cupping, muscle release techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, instrument adjusting, and more.
