Matt is a registered and licensed physiotherapist who graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015. Prior to this, he graduated from the University of Regina with a degree in Kinesiology with great distinction in 2013. Matt has experience working as a physiotherapist with sport, post-surgical orthopedics, chronic pain, and general physical ailments. He is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (BDN). He is a Graston Technique Provider. He is a certified professional recognized by The Running Clinic. He has attended seminars on strength training in the rehabilitation setting. He also has advanced training in manual and manipulative therapy as he works towards attaining his Advanced Diploma of Manual Therapy. Clinically, Matt’s interests lie in the areas of orthopedic rehabilitation, running programs, strength training, mobility training, injury prevention, and sport physiotherapy. Matt is proud to be part of the Stapleford team and to work alongside his admirable colleagues in creating the highest level of patient care.
