**Sports Rehabilitation Movement Optimization Performance Recovery** With over 12 years of experience, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their bodies. My career has allowed me to work extensively in sports rehabilitation, treating a wide range of clients — from Olympic and high-performance athletes to dedicated weekend warriors. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting clients through post-surgical recovery, including ACL and hip replacements, spinal surgeries, and helping those managing acute and chronic pain, as well as conditions such as frozen shoulder, scoliosis, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, and prenatal/postnatal concerns. When working with clients, I take pride in creating a fun, safe, and communicative environment. Education and empowerment are central to my approach — I believe that when clients understand their bodies and their recovery process, they’re better equipped to reach their goals. My treatment style focuses on deep tissue and therapeutic techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, Myofascial Cupping, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Each session is customized to the specific needs of the client to improve movement quality, relieve tension, and restore optimal function. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve also worked at some of the top luxury spas in Toronto, giving me the ability to offer deeply relaxing, spa-inspired treatments for those who prefer a more calming, restorative experience. Whether you’re training for competition, recovering from injury, or simply aiming to move pain-free, my goal is to support your performance, recovery, and long-term well-being.
