Jennaleen Briones, RMT Jennaleen Briones is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Humber College graduate in both Fitness & Health Promotion and Massage Therapy. With a strong background in human movement and exercise, she provides evidence-informed therapeutic treatments focused on chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, and improving functional movement. Jennaleen takes a patient-centered approach and combines clinical skill with compassionate care to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. She believes in addressing the root cause of discomfort through proper assessment and individualized treatment, and enjoys helping people feel more confident and comfortable with their movement. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and providing both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Her treatments may include techniques such as deep tissue massage to release chronic tension, myofascial release to ease tight connective tissue, and trigger point therapy to relieve localized areas of pain. She also incorporates joint mobilization and Fascial Stretch Therapy to restore movement and flexibility, as well as active release techniques to address scar tissue and adhesions. Depending on the client’s needs, she may use cupping to increase circulation and PNF stretching to improve flexibility and function.
