Initial kinesiology assessment. This initial session provides a comprehensive assessment of your movement, posture, and overall physical function. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, and goals, followed by a detailed movement and postural evaluation. The assessment helps identify imbalances, mobility restrictions, and areas for improvement so a personalised program can be created to support your strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing. Please note: depending on your extended health insurance coverage, a physiotherapy assessment may be required prior to this kinesiology assessment in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
