Dr. Louisa Esangbedo is a chiropractor passionate about helping individuals and families move better, recover from injury, and stay active at every stage of life. She moved to Toronto from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She also completed certification in Clinical Acupuncture, which she integrates into patient care when appropriate. Dr. Louisa loves caring for entire families—from newborns and children to pregnant and postpartum individuals, adults, older adults, athletes, and those recovering from workplace, motor vehicle, or everyday injuries. She is currently completing her Webster Certification, a chiropractic technique used to support pelvic balance and function throughout pregnancy. Her treatment approach combines education, hands-on therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. When appropriate, she incorporates acupuncture, cupping, TENS, IFC, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and build long-term resilience. Outside the clinic, Dr. Louisa enjoys travelling, hiking, staying active, and exploring new places. Whether spending time with family and friends or discovering a new adventure, she brings the same warmth, enthusiasm, and positive energy to her life that she brings to caring for her patients.
