I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and received my registration number in October 2025. Prior to becoming an RMT, I spent over seven years working in the massage field, specializing in acupressure massage. In addition, I have been a Pilates instructor for more than seventeen years. My extensive background in therapeutic bodywork and movement education has provided me with strong hands-on experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, postural awareness, and client-centered care. I am passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve their health and wellness goals through individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
