Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), neuromuscular therapy (PNMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), recovery after breast cancer, CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Visceral Manipulation(VM), including training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Bre became licensed as a massage therapist in 2022 after graduating from SHI Medical Massage School. That same year, she also became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), including training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Since graduating, Bre has continued to grow her skills by taking courses in precision neuromuscular therapy (PNMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), recovery after breast cancer, and Craniosacral Therapy (CST). She brings several years of experience as an occupational therapist, and over 20 years of that as a Certified Hand Therapist. Bre’s career evolved with a fascination with how the human body is put together and how there is so much that works together for health and wellness. She considers it an honor to be able to help your body heal and do exactly what it was designed to do.
Massage Therapy
60 minutes of gentle massage bodywork, and/or craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage. If you would prefer to focus on a certain technique, you may notate upon booking.
Lymphatic Drainage
60 minutes completely dedicated to using gentle techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system by promoting the flow of lymph fluid and encourage self healing.
