Cassidy is a physiotherapist with over five years of experience who recently relocated from Ontario to Calgary. Born in Canada, she grew up in Dubai before returning to Canada to complete her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Science at Western University. She then earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Cassidy takes a biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation, combining hands-on manual therapy with personalized exercise programs to help clients not only heal but feel stronger and more confident than before. She is trained in and utilizes dry needling and acupuncture techniques to enhance her treatments. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors, and is passionate about helping them return to the activities they love. Outside of work, Cassidy loves hiking, playing volleyball and softball, traveling, trying new restaurants and food, and spending time with her husband and black lab, Maitland, who is (without question) the bestest boy.
