Dr. Gaige Hoot is a graduate of D’Youville University’s Chiropractic program. He previously attended Canisius College where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness and Strength and Conditioning. Dr. Hoot has nearly a decade of experience as a personal trainer, working with clientele ranging from high level athletes to casual gym-goers. While his favorite style of training is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding, he prefers to take a methodical approach, placing heavy emphasis on rehabilitation and injury prevention. This focus on injury prevention is something that has shaped how he practices with patients in the office as well. He has a passion for helping others feel and move better, both in and out of the gym setting. Whether you just want to be able to pick up your grandchild without hurting your back or are trying to set a new personal best for deadlift, Dr. Hoot has a specific and varied approach for each of his patients to meet their goals and live their lives pain free. In addition, Dr. Hoot in his free time has loves to stay active both in the gym with powerlifting and in sports, still playing lacrosse to this day (a sport he is particularly passionate about). He also loves spending quality time with family and friends…and you can’t forget watching the Buffalo sports teams! As a Buffalo native, Dr. Hoot is proud to serve his community. Go Bills!
